Lio, brought to you by Fyella.

The name Fyella

Our name refers to the fyell, the Albanian flute. It is the name of our store. Lio is the product brand.

We help you choose a device and refill flavours, explain what comes in each pack, and answer questions about your order.

Lio is made in the Netherlands

The Lio device comes in olive or walnut wood, with a replaceable aromatic core inside. The wood grain and colour vary naturally between devices.

Air moves over the core when you draw through the device. There is no battery, heating element or combustion. You keep the device and replace the core when its aroma fades.

Your order starts in Prishtina

Fyella handles the store, customer support and dispatch from Prishtina. We are the retailer of Lio; we do not manufacture the device.

Delivery costs €2.50 in Kosovo, with an estimated 1-2 business days. Delivery to Albania and North Macedonia costs €5, with an estimated 2-4 business days.
