QUESTIONS?
Answers.
How does it work without nicotine?
Air passes over a botanical core inside the wooden device, carrying a light aroma. Lio gives you something to hold and a familiar hand-to-mouth ritual, without nicotine, heating or vapour.
Pack or sachet: what’s the difference?
Minty Magic, Peppery Mint and Ohh My Orange are sold in packs of 3 sachets with 9 cores. Cinnamon Spice, Mango Passion and Razzy Berry are single sachets with 3 cores. A starterpack contains a wooden device and 6 sachets with 18 cores.
How long does a core last?
A core lasts about 2 days with normal use; duration varies. Minty Magic, Peppery Mint and Ohh My Orange packs contain 3 sachets and 9 cores, about 18 days. Cinnamon Spice, Mango Passion and Razzy Berry contain 1 sachet and 3 cores, about 6 days. A starterpack contains 6 sachets and 18 cores, about 36 days. Replace a core when its aroma fades.
What’s inside the core?
The cores contain plant fibre infused with aromatic oils, without nicotine or tobacco. There are six flavours: Minty Magic, Peppery Mint, Ohh My Orange, Cinnamon Spice, Mango Passion and Razzy Berry. See each product and its packaging for flavour-specific details.
What does it taste like?
The aroma is light. Choose peppermint, mint with black pepper and eucalyptus notes, sweet orange, cinnamon, tropical mango or raspberry. The six flavours are Minty Magic, Peppery Mint, Ohh My Orange, Cinnamon Spice, Mango Passion and Razzy Berry.
Where can I use it?
It fits into a pause at your desk, in a café or while travelling. Nothing heats or burns, and there is no smoke or visible vapour cloud. Follow the rules of the place or transport service you’re using.
Will it help me quit smoking?
Lio is not a medical device or a smoking cessation aid. We make no health claims. It’s an aromatherapy device with a familiar hand-to-mouth ritual. Individual experiences vary.
How do delivery and payment work?
Delivery from Prishtina costs €2.50 to Kosovo (1-2 business days) and €5 to Albania or North Macedonia (2-4 business days). Cash on delivery is available in all three countries.
What is included in the starterpack?
A starterpack contains one Lio device and six sachets with 18 cores: two sachets each of Minty Magic, Peppery Mint and Ohh My Orange. Cinnamon Spice, Mango Passion and Razzy Berry are sold separately.
Can I take it on a plane?
Lio is a small wooden device with no battery, liquid tank or combustion. Check your airline’s rules for carrying and using it on board.
How should I store the refills?
